Return Policy

Order Cancellation

1.If an order has been successfully placed and paid for, a 4.4% handling fee will be charged for cancellation. This fee is derived from the relevant charges incurred by the payment platform. After deducting this fee, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment account.​

2.If an order has entered the processing stage and has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled at this time. In such a case, the customer shall bear the round - trip shipping costs and any applicable customs duties on their own.

Returns

You have the right to apply for a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. The returned product must show no obvious signs of use, damage, or stains, and should be in the same condition as when received, with the original packaging intact. To complete the return process, you need to provide us with the proof of purchase or receipt. Once your return application is approved, we will promptly inform you of the return address.

Important Notes

1.Custom - made or personalized products are not eligible for the 14 - day no - reason return policy.​

2.We solemnly promise to complete the return acceptance and refund processing within 14 days after confirming receipt of the returned product. The returned product must be in good condition and not affect secondary sales to meet the return and refund conditions.​

3.If the return application is not due to product quality issues, the customer shall bear the round - trip shipping costs and all customs duties generated during the return process.​

4.If the return application is due to product quality issues, we will provide you with free return and replacement services.

Refunds

After we receive the returned product and complete the inspection, we will immediately notify you via email of the product receipt status and the refund review result. If the refund application is approved, the refund will be processed within the specified working days and automatically returned to your credit card or original payment method account. If it is found through inspection that the product affects secondary sales, we will evaluate and deduct an appropriate depreciation fee based on the actual condition of the product when processing the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first check your original payment account. If no refund record is found, please contact your credit card issuing bank, as there may be a certain delay in the refund arrival. Subsequently, you also need to contact your bank, as there is usually a processing cycle for the refund to be reflected in the bank system. After-Sales Service

1.All our online - sold products come with a one - year warranty. During the warranty period, we will bear all maintenance costs, including repair fees, parts costs, and round - trip shipping fees. Customers can enjoy free warranty services without paying any fees.​

2.For products with a usage period of more than one year but less than two years from the initial purchase date, the customer shall bear the one - way shipping fee to the nearest service center and the cost of replacing parts. We will bear the return shipping fee and the maintenance labor cost after the product is repaired.​

3.For products with a usage period of more than two years but less than three years, the customer shall bear the round - trip shipping fee to the nearest service center and the cost of replacing parts. We will bear the labor cost during the maintenance process.​

4.For products older than three years from the initial purchase date, we will no longer provide warranty services, and the customer shall bear all after - sales maintenance costs. All maintenance costs will be quoted strictly in accordance with the standard rates. During the product inspection process, our after - sales staff will clearly inform you of the maintenance costs in advance.
